Superheaters

The electric steam superheater is an independent component of the complex system for preparing and supplying steam to the consumer.

The electric superheater is designed to increase the temperature of the steam without changing its pressure. TEH superheaters are produced individually for the tasks of each client. The overheating temperature range varies from 20 to 400 degrees Celsius.

The model range and equipment of steam superheaters from the Steam™ company is quite diverse, in terms of power the model range starts from 1.25 kW, and the only limitation can be the dedicated electric power of the client's substation. The layout can be either vertical or horizontal. Heating elements only from stainless heat-resistant steel.

the product is designed individually for each customer, so the dimensions can be adjusted for each specific case, depending on the available space for installation, which will allow it to be installed in any room directly next to the steam consumer;
devices assembled on non-contact switching equipment are silent, and also have the ability to smoothly adjust the power in increments of 0.5%;
all hydraulic connections in Steam™ superheaters are only flanged.
Steam™ electric superheaters are made according to a pipe design using pipes up to 150 mm in diameter, which allows you to install and operate electric superheaters without registration with the boiler supervision authorities.
